We were commissioned to design a bespoke garden room to be used by our clients as a dance studio. This process included the removal of an existing precast concrete garage and the erection of a new steel framed structure.
The buildings superstructure utilised a DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) process, with the manufacture and frame assembly taking place in under three hours in a factory environment. This ensured the building was accurate and simplified on site erection.
Under the guidance from the steel frame manufacture the buildings superstructure took one working day to erect. The building was then clad and fitted out by a local joiner.
