Our proposal for this existing brownfield site will form an attractive, inclusive and well connected development of 9 two and three bedroom low cost homes. The design ensures the streetscape is completed and opportunities for connectivity are integrated into the design.

 

The homes have been designed to ensure they will be efficient to construct and utilise modern methods of construction and potentially DfMA processes.

 

Our proposal recently received planning approval and will complete the regeneration of this area of Maryhill.
