FourWard worked closely with the client to create an outline masterplan framework to support their interests in this 18.4ha (45.4acre). The site is located 2.0km (1.2 miles) from the centre of Athlone, Ireland, providing a range of high quality amenities.

The proposed development site is identified in the Athlone Town Development Plan 2014 - 2020. The development potential of this mixed use housing site comprises Residential Dwellings along with a Hotel, Light Industry / Commercial Space, and associated Public Open Space.
