FourWard produced a Development Framework to support a formal response to the Scottish Borders Council consultation on Draft Supplementary Guidance: Housing. 

 

The Draft SG sets out preferred and alternative sites for consideration in meeting the housing shortfall. Site constraints were identified in the draft allocation relating to infrastructure provision, layout, ecology, flood risk, landscaping, boundary treatment and safeguarding the future development of adjoining land.  These issues informed the Development Framework proposals.
