NW10 - Park Royal Road is located at the gateway to Old Oak and Park Royal regeneration area.
Established in April 2015 this Mayoral Corporation will be responsible for regenerating 950 hectares including the common land area of Old Oak Common and the industrial Park Royal site.
Plans are in place for the construction of 24,000 homes and the creation of 55,000 jobs along with the HS2 and Crossrail stations at Old Oak Common.
Our proposal explored the opportunity to create a landmark development forming a gateway to the future of Park Royal.
The site offers the ability to maximise the density of development close to a major transport route.
Our design offers a range of contemporary living environments including communal rooftop gardens, terraces and balconies providing views toward Central London.
