The vision for this site is to create a place which people are proud to call their home. This proposal will deliver sustainable growth to Blackridge, providing circa 200 dwellings.

The approach to the site’s design principles are based on analysis undertaken of the physical characteristics of the site, its context and the principles established in planning guidance.

The proposed development responds to the site context, conditions, open space and access. This proposal establishes a structure in which a range of homes can be delivered.

Our approach is to ensure the development of this site is ultimately deliverable, attractive, sustainable and appropriate.
