The Client Brief for this site is to create an attractive, inclusive and well connected development of circa 266 student bedrooms. This can be delivered as a stand alone development and can act as a catalyst for the future development of the surrounding context.

The development of this site will ameliorate pressure on Edinburgh’s existing private residential housing stock through the provision of purpose built student accommodation.

FourWard has identified the potential of this long-term regeneration opportunity for this existing industrial land, a significant portion of which is controlled by the City of Edinburgh Council.
