The offices for the Scottish Public Pensions Agency are situated in a landscaped industrial park close to the banks of the river Tweed.

​The 3000sqm single storey building was designed to meet high standards of sustainability and respond sympathetically to its context both in form and materials.

​Working with the wider project team Nathan coordinated the production of information packages including drawings, specifications, and site inspections.

This included close collaboration with client and contractor to deliver a cost effective sustainable design solution. Through the design and assessment process we aimed to achieve a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating.​
