FourWard worked closely with the client to create a masterplan framework to support their aspiration to establish a viable long term business strategy for their existing assets. The proposal is for 40 new homes, retirement accommodation, business space, together with, public open space.

 

FourWard developed a phasing strategy to demonstrate how this site and its infrastructure can be brought forward in line with the client’s needs, while helping the Council meet its targets for new homes.
