Working in partnership with international clients we demonstrated the future potential of our clients site. There is a lack of market demand for the current industrial allocation in the surrounding area. Therefor a reduction in the industrial allocation in the LDP would help to re-balance the development potential of the location.

 

We demonstrated how this would provide scope to expand the scale of housing development across the site, enable a wider range of uses to be considered. This include proposals is for circa 170 homes (including affordable), 14,000 sqm commercial / business, retail / community uses, and substantial areas of public open space and habitat improvements.
