FourWard worked closely with the client to create a masterplan framework to support their representation to the Local Development Plan (LDP2). The proposal is for 100 homes, together with commercial, public open space and play facilities. 

We engaged closely with other members of the project team to complete a robust LDP submission.

FourWard developed a phasing strategy to demonstrate how this site and its infrastructure can be brought forward in line with the client’s needs, while helping the Council meet its targets for new housing.
