The site is located on the north-eastern edge of Shifnal with the potential for development of circa 200 homes, including 26 (13%) affordable homes.
The SAMDev for Shifnal proposed that the site was allocated for residential development within this plan period and this was endorsed by the Town Council and the Shifnal Town Plan Group.
Whilst working with Geddes Consulting, Nathan prepared proposals for the development of this site. The proposals provide a well connected neighbourhood; with sustainable transport links to the town centre. This provided the long term potential for the development to assist in the continued success of the town centre.
