The offices for the Scottish Public Pensions Agency are situated in a landscaped industrial park close to the banks of the river Tweed.
The 3000sqm single storey building was designed to meet high standards of sustainability and respond sympathetically to its context both in form and materials.
Working with the wider project team Nathan coordinated the
production of information packages including drawings,
specifications, and site inspections.
This included close collaboration with client and contractor to deliver a cost effective sustainable design solution. Through the design and assessment process we aimed to achieve a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating.
