Nathan Ward is an Architect, Urban Designer and Masterplanner he has worked across the UK and globally.
He has a passion for creating economically, socially and environmentally sustainable developments. He believes this is fundamental to the ongoing success of our businesses and communities.
Nathan has delivered projects for private and public sector clients across a wide range of sectors including; urban regeneration, green field development, residential, commercial offices, leisure, retail, museums, religious buildings, libraries, and public realm improvements.
In delivering this broad range of work he has lead project teams, delivering; buildings, masterplans, and urban design proposals at all stages of the development process.
He has provided advice on design review panels, delivered university education programs and successfully engage with community groups and other stakeholders including UNESCO, A+DS, and Local Authorities.
Nathan is currently Director of FourWard Architecture and Masterplanning Ltd, an RIAS Chartered Practice. He is also director and co-owner of Newton Steel Frames Ltd, a company aimed at revolutionising the process of design and delivery of buildings.
FourWard was established to provide commercially aware design advice, focused on adding value to clients’ assets.
Nathan provides value driven & client focused architectural, masterplanning, and urban design advice. Delivering solutions and creative outcomes to achieve his clients objectives.
Nathan undertakes projects at all scales, from individual buildings through to masterplans or large scale development frameworks.
Nathan’s team has a strong commercial understanding and extensive experience in the UK and globally, providing consultancy advice for a wide range of land uses.
The objective of our work is to deliver commercially aware design, that meets or exceeds the aims and aspirations of clients.
